Buster James are the real deal, born to perform their own brand of Rock and Blues to any audience, their line-up contains players who have performed to audiences worldwide and recorded with artists as diverse as Steve Marriott, Dire Straits, Dave Stewart, Bill Wyman, FM and Iron Maiden.
The band has four albums currently available, containing mainly self-penned material and their unique versions of classics such as Fleetwood Mac’s “Oh Well” and Neil Young’s “Rocking in the free world”.
In Roger James, they have one of the finest crowd motivators in the country. His big voice is driven by the powerhouse rhythm section of Paul Hale (Percussion) and Del Fletcher (Bass). The Guitar work of Mark Holmes and Richard Young on Keyboards/Guitar, complete one of the most inventive and exciting rock line-ups in the business.
Fred’s House are an award-winning band based in Cambridge. They make summery, 70’s West Coast inspired folk/rock but have their own distinctively fresh sound that is very much part of now. This group of musicians have the rare ability to sweep you away with their gorgeous three part harmonies, moving lyrics, infectious melodies, and uplifting grooves. Among their many influences are bands such as Fleetwood Mac, The Eagles, The Swell Season and C.S.N.Y.
Since forming in the home studio at Fred Cox’s house in 2010, the band have put over 500 gigs under their belt. Creating quite a stir on the live circuit, their reputation for their stunning and energetic shows across the UK is going before them.
Groove Cartell are an eight-piece Funk & Soul band from Cambridgeshire in the UK. Playing a mix of original, contemporary covers and rare Funk & Soul.
The Gangsters are a highly-fuelled SKA band with originality at the forefront of their sound. Totally committed, driven, with a hard-hitting and infectious infusion of dance, The Gangsters will have all die-hard music lovers skanking, dancing, moving and grooving.
The Gangsters were formed in 1993 and have played extensively all over the country, they have played alongside and have supported such legends as Laurel Aitken, Bad Manners, The Selecter, Hepcat, Tenpole Tudor, Cockney Rejects to name a few.

The band have been labelled as a “Classic Rock” band. They do play classic tracks from the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s but also feature many new songs in there set by classic rock inspired bands such as Chickenfoot and Black Country Communion.
The bands eclectic taste constructed an impressive set. All of the songs are aimed at getting the audience nodding and screaming along, and at the same time showcasing the bands excellent musical skills. The bands set includes songs by bands and artists such as Aerosmith, Joe Bonamassa, Velvet Revolver, Bryan Adams, Stereophonics, Grand Funk Railroad, Alice in Chains, Queen, Paul Rodgers, Free and many more.

Helen and Mark
Helen and Mark gig around the local area. Helen performed at the first Yaxley festival and is looking forward to returning. With Helen on vocals and Mark on guitar, performing old classics to current chart songs from the likes of Pink, Dolly Parton, Jackson 5, Sam Smith amongst others.
I am the Dice
I am the Dice are a country-influenced rock band based in and around Lincoln. I am the Dice are a four-piece band who have been writing and performing original music together for more than five years. Inspired by artists such as Ryan Adams and Bob Dylan and genres such as rock, blues, pop and country, their renowned live performances offer something for everyone. A must see!
Little Boy Lost
Little Boy Lost are a British modern folk band formed in London in 2014. The band consists of Cochise Derrick (guitar/vocals), Spencer Lovell (guitar/vocals) and Alex Palmer (lead vocals). The group became Little Boy Lost after Cochise and Alex met Spencer during an open mic.
Since forming the band have performed at several popular London music venues and are currently in the process of recording their first EP ‘Warm Against The Cold’. Their music has been described as a mixture of modern folk, rock, and pop resulting in intimate ballads with delicate harmonies alongside striking chords with pained lyrics, both working together to create an emotionally engaging experience.
Tammy Lynn Colbrook
Local girl Tammy, has been performing for 9 years as a solo artist, singing songs from the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, as well as Country & Motown. This will be Tammy’s 4th festival performance and we look forward to welcoming her back.
The Empire is a four-piece guitar based covers band from the Peterborough area.
The Empire perform a range of classics from the last 50 years, from The Rolling Stones, Beatles and T-Rex to Gary Numan, White Stripes, Blondie, Bruno Mars and Stereophonics
Elephant in The Room
Elephant in the Room (the artist nobody is talking about) was the re-forming after a 30-year gap, of Carl Scott on guitars and vocals and Phil Green on Cajon and general hitty things.
Two old school/ band mates from Colchester, both emigrated to Suffolk and enjoying doing our thang. Then came along the amazing singer Fern Teather on backing vocals (and shaky egg), adding a fabulous new dimension and now Sam ‘Bongo-boy’ Thurlow on additional percussion, as well as leading the way when Phil is busy with his international playboy commitments
